ADHD Solutions CIC is an independent initiative set up to support children young people and adults who have ADHD, their families, and the professionals who are working with them.
We offer a holistic service based on the needs of the individual.
Christine Jarvis SRN, ADHD Specialist Coach (Leicestershire)
Christine Jarvis is a State Registered Nurse and Specialist ADHD Family Coach. She is the mother of a 23 year old son with ADHD and has 17 years experience of supporting children, young people, families and adults who have, or are suspected of having ADHD.
She speaks at conferences on ‘ADHD and the Family' and ‘ADHD Coaching'. She co-delivers the ‘Understanding and Supporting Children with ADHD' course with Professor Paul Cooper at Leicester University and works closely with Dianne Zaccheo at the London Coaching Centre training Specialist Coaches.
Ian Hall, ADHD Specialist Coach (Leicestershire)
Ian Hall is a Specialist ADHD Family Coach. He has been supporting ADHD families since 2002, initially as a volunteer and from May 2005 as a full time coach. In his previous role with the Leicester Children's Fund, his role included helping to organise and run children's activity weeks, plus consultation events for parents and children. Ian has also worked in a voluntary capacity, supporting children with disabilities at youth clubs, activity days and on day trips with different local organisations.
Ian has a HNC in Psychodynamic Counselling and has also worked as a freelance trainer, running Team Building courses for voluntary organisations.

Scott Jarvis-Eames, ADHD Support Worker (Leicestershire)
After serving in the Army, Scott has worked with challenging young people in Leicester City for several years as a foster carer, Learning Mentor and Lead Behaviour Mentor. He currently runs the Mini Moto Project in partnership with Leicestershire Police and NACRO, working to reduce motor crime in the City. He has worked with ADHD Solutions since 2007, initially supporting our summer activities.
Tony Delve, Activity Leader (Leicestershire)
Tony is an ex Marine who has also worked as a Behaviour Support Assistant with the Leicester City Behaviour Support Team, specialising in working with young people with extreme challenging behaviours. He is now a lecturer for the Uniform Services Course at Northampton College. Tony has been working with ADHD Solutions since 2007 and now primarily helps support the summer activities for young people.
Volunteers
We have a team of volunteers who support the summer activities, monthly young people's activity group, the behaviour management courses and with admin duties.
ADHD Specialist Coaching
Christine, Ian and Claire are qualified ADHD Specialist Coaches, enabling them to work with a wide range of disabilities, including ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They practice the fundamental coaching principle of empowerment, working in close collaboration with clients to enable them to identify their difficulties and find solutions to everyday challenges. They aim to help people to develop strategies that are sustainable and will support them in the future.
ADHD Solutions have a wide experience of multi agency / multi disciplinary working and have developed excellent working relationships with both the voluntary and statutory sectors.
